Application Deadline

From today until May 10, 2024, at 12:00 PM/noon.

Students are required to obtain all necessary approvals (stamps) from their respective department and college for their applications. Any application that lacks the required stamps will be returned. For graduate students, please obtain your professor's signature. If this is not possible, provide an approval letter from your professor would be workable.

Submission Method

Each component of the application must be submitted in specific formats as outlined in the guidelines. Please carefully review the guidelines and submit your application accordingly.

  Recommendations  

1. It is strongly recommended read the guideline thoroughly and schedule an appointment with the Exchange Coordinator, Ms. Marbert Hsu, before initiating your application process. During this meeting, you will receive guidance on the requirements and necessary preparations, which will facilitate a smoother application process.

2. To ensure a timely and efficient consultation process, we recommend scheduling an appointment via email in advance. When reaching out, kindly provide the following details: your department, degree, full name, intended host university for the exchange program, and at least three preferred time slots for consultation. This proactive approach will help minimize scheduling conflicts and reduce wait times.

3.Our office hour is from 9 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday.  We have lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM.

4. Please note that our office will be closed for the spring break from March 30th to April 7th. During this period, there may be some delays in responding to inquiries.

 Updates 

1.Applicants for University of Caen GPA should be over 2.5 out of 4.

2.The following univerities could not accept the language proficiency which taken over 2 years.
