Application Deadline

From today until February 25, 2026, at 12:00 PM/noon.

Students are required to obtain all necessary approvals (stamps) from their respective department and college for their applications. Any application that lacks the required stamps will be returned. Graduate students must obtain their professor's signature. If this is not possible, an approval letter from the professor will be accepted.

Submission Method

Each document of the application must be submitted in the format specified in the guidelines. Applicants are advised to review the guidelines carefully and submit their applications accordingly.

  Suggestions  

  1. Applicants may contact us by email or phone if they have any question or concern regarding this program.
  2. We strongly recommend that students review the guidelines before preparing their application materials. Additionally, before starting the application process, students are encouraged to schedule a consultation with the Office of International Affairs to confirm their eligibility for the selected program. This will help prevent any misalignment in application preparation.
  3. To avoid long waiting time in the office, please schedule an appointment via email before coming for a consultation. The following information are required when requesting a consultation:
    • Department
    • Degree (undergraduate/graduate)
    • Full name
    • Intended host university
    • At least three available time slots for the meeting

A confirmation email will be sent once the appointment is confirmed. Each consultation session is limited to 30 minutes. To ensure an efficient discussion, please prepare a list of questions in advance.

    Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
    (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
    • In observance of the Lunar New Year Holidays, the university’s administrative offices will be closed from February 13 to 22. Please be mindful of this event when scheduling appointments or visiting the office.

Reminders 

  1. The following partner universities do not accept language certificates issued more than two years ago.  If you hold a TOEFL iBT or IELTS certificate that meets the required criteria but was issued more than two years ago, you may still submit your application along with a declaration statement. This statement affirms your commitment to retaking the TOEFL iBT or IELTS exam before submitting your application to the host university.  Please note that failure to retake the examination or achieve the required score will result in the cancellation of your nomination.  Other language proficiency will not be accepted. Please check your documents carefully.
