Purpose of visit
1. National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU) and Can Tho University(CTU) held an online exchange meeting on April 15th,2021 to deepen the friendship between the two universities. NTOU and CTU signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for over 13 years. Both universities cooperated and achieved many great goals such as exchange student, degree students program, and joint conference and research program.
