1. The whole admission to entry process during Covid-19

Phase		Organization	Contents
01	Admission	NTOU	Complete all the admission and scholarships process NTOU issue the certificate to students
02	Announcement by the MOE	MOE	MOE announcement for the boarder reopen on 8/30
03	Submit the document and wait for the approval from MOE	MOE	NTOU has submitted the name list last week. Waiting for the official approval letter from the MOE.
04	Apply for VISA affairs	NTOU and Student	When official letter issued to NTOU, then the students start to apply for the visa.
05	Arrange the entry affairs after getting the visa	NTOU and Student	Once VISA available contact Ms. Joyce immediately. Joyce will prepare a detail instruction for every students
06	The 2^nd report to MOE with flight and accommodation information	MOE	1.NTOU submit the students flight and Hotel information to the MOE. 2.MOE Issue the entry permit(again it takes time) (students must hold the permit before boarding to the airplane)
07	Entry Affairs	MOE, NTOU, Student	Student start to prepare the entry affairs. Using the entry permit to board the plane

4.How and much to apply for VISA (take Ghana students for example)

First find out the embassy which is in charge of the visa affairs for Ghana students

Second follow the sop from the “Residents Visas for Foreign Students (Full-time PhD, Master’s, Bachelor’s program, or senior high school Students and below)”

Original and one photocopy of health certificate
Original and one photocopy of admission permit /record of enrollment, registration and transcripts

Original and one photocopy of proof of financial support

Third the visa interview by the Taipei Trade Office in the Federal Republic of Nigeria
