Recruitment for Part-Time English Language Teaching Assistant Program (ELTA)

WHAT IS ELTA?
English Language Teaching Assistant (ELTA) program was founded in 2021 and sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Republic of China (Taiwan). This program aims to offer Taiwanese students the chance to learn English and improve their English language skills in an enriched and immersive environment by recruiting a part-time foreign English Language Teaching Assistant.

WHAT DOES ELTAS DO?
English Language Teaching Assistants (ELTAs) will collaborate with teachers in elementary and junior high school and advisors in local English Resources Centers to provide a variety of teaching activities to Taiwanese students. Possible roles are as follows:

1. English Summer/Winter Camp Leader
2. Thematic Lesson Teaching Assistant
3. English Conversation Partner
4. English Competition Trainer
5. Club Activity Leader

Upcoming Events: Online Information Sessions
We offer 4 online information sessions to help you learn more about the ELTA program. Each session lasts approximately one hour and includes a Q&A.

1. 4/20 (Wed.) 10:30am-11:30am
2. 4/25 (Mon.) 12:00pm-1:00pm
3. 4/29 (Fri.) 11:30am-12:30pm
4. 5/13 (Fri.) 11:30am-12:30pm
