On March 8, National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU) warmly hosted a delegation led by President Yu Tao of Shanghai University of Engineering Science (SUES). The visit focused on deepening discussions to expand bilateral exchange and cooperation.

In addition to the existing short-term student exchange programs, both institutions hope to enhance inter-university collaboration and academic exchanges through future seminars. This visit not only deepened mutual understanding between the two universities but also advanced the development of their academic exchange and cooperation relationships.

During the visit, the SEUT delegation engaged in discussions with NTOU’s faculty and toured the university's ship simulation center to understand NTOU's teaching facilities and practical capabilities in related fields. This exchange activity has established a closer connection between the two institutions and laid a solid foundation for future collaboration.

Both NTOU and SEUT look forward to continued exchanges and cooperation to jointly enhance teaching quality, cultivate outstanding talents, and inject new vitality into the educational sector.
