      Students with plans to go overseas or travel back home during the winter break should observe the requirements/regulations provided by NTOU. 
      Make sure to fill out the form attached to this page ahead and submit it to OIA. Also, please do inform your respective departments and the Health Division Office. 
      The same process is applied in seeking approval from the university president; requests should be made at least ten days before the departure date. You can also download the form using the attached PDF file.
