The English Language Teaching Assistant Program (ELTA) is recruiting, and we'd love for you to join us!

Are you a foreign college student studying in Taiwan? Passionate about teaching? Join the ELTA program and make a difference in Taiwanese education! No Chinese language skills or teaching experience required.

WHAT IS ELTA?
The ELTA program was founded in 2021 and has been funded by the Ministry of Education. Our goal is to offer Taiwanese students the chance to learn English and improve their English language skills in an enriched and immersive environment by recruiting part-time foreign English Language Teaching Assistants.

WHAT DO ELTAS DO?
As part of the ELTA program, you'll work with teachers in elementary and junior high schools, as well as advisors in local English Resource Centers. You'll have the chance to lead English Summer/Winter Camps, assist with thematic lessons, serve as an English conversation partner, train students for English competitions, and even lead club activities. You'll also collaborate with teachers in lesson preparation, allowing you to gain valuable teaching experience.
