Financial statement must show a minimum balance of USD 4,000 or NTD 120,000. 財力證明金額須達美金4,000元或新臺幣120,000元以上。
Acceptable forms of financial statement 可接受之財力證明形式:
- Official statement issued by a bank. 銀行開立之存款證明。
- Certificate of full scholarship from government, university, or private institution. 政府、大專校院或民間機構提供全額獎助學金之證明。
If the bank statement is not under applicant's name, a signed declaration from the sponsor guaranteeing financial support for applicant's studies in Taiwan must be provided. 存款證明非申請人帳戶者，需另提供資助者親簽之聲明書，保證資助申請人來台就學。
