NTOU Vice President, Professor Jih-Gau Juang, has successfully participated in the 2023 International Conference on System Science and Engineering, hosted by Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) from July 27 to 28, 2023. Previously serving as the Chairman of the "Chinese Association for System Science," Professor Juang's engagement strengthens collaboration.
