【Meeting】On-Line Meeting Invitation from the OIA Dean
The Dean of the Office of the International Affairs, Professor I. Shiung Chen, cordially invites all International Students to attend an Online Special Meeting this Friday, 4th of June, 20212, at 12:30 in the afternoon, via Google Meet. The meeting opens 30 mins before the event starts. Everyone is encouraged to enter the meeting room in advance and not miss any essential discussions and announcements.
Though the Dean can address questions and clarifications during the meeting, everyone is encouraged and advised to communicate their concerns first to Ms. Joyce Wu thru email: joyce_wu730@mail.ntou.edu.tw. All questions will be forwarded to the OIA Dean before the meeting for proper facilitation. It will also eliminate questions where answers were already provided on the OIA website and posted on the ISA Facebook page.
Some reminders:
- Open your device's video camera during the meeting.
- You can activate your microphone if you want to say something or if you are requested to speak to avoid unnecessary noise in the background. Make sure to put it off after you are done talking.
