This morning, an outstanding professor, Dr. Gael Dur, from Shizuoka University in Japan, delivered a fascinating special lecture at the Aquaculture Department of National Taiwan Ocean University. The event attracted approximately 40 students who have a keen interest in aquaculture. The atmosphere was lively, with students actively participating in deep academic exchanges and interactions. Dr. Gael Dur is also an excellent dual-degree alumni of National Taiwan Ocean University's Institute of Marine Biology!
After the lecture, Professor Pan Yanru from the Aquaculture Department accompanied Dr. Gael Dur to a cooperative exchange meeting at the International Office. The meeting discussed important matters such as undergraduate student exchange programs and dual-degree master's programs. Both parties are excited about future collaborations and expected outcomes, hoping to establish substantial cooperative relationships that foster deeper academic exchanges between the two universities.
National Taiwan Ocean University has been committed to expanding international cooperation and exchanges. This special lecture and cooperative exchange meeting further enriched the academic experience of our students and laid a solid foundation for future international collaborations. It is believed that such exchange activities will bring more opportunities for collaboration between the two universities and enhance the academic standards of both sides.
We look forward to witnessing more academic exchange activities in the future and jointly creating a new chapter of international educational cooperation.
